All StepsApp products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

The estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Please check these carefully.

As a rule, orders within Europe are delivered within 3–5 working days after production. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on location and local shipping service provider.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
