All our products are made to order through our production partner. This means that each item is specially made for you once you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, for example due to size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
